The Orono School System has been achieving excellence for decades.  There is a legacy of leadership, both current and former, that has championed the mindset that the school can always find ways to improve. 

To which I agree - Orono Schools are a great institution and we can work together to keep building on that success.  If we ignore the politics and noise and focus on our mission, vision and values - then the students, parents, teachers, faculty and community will continue to prosper from the hard work that has come before us and opportunities for growth that lie ahead.
